Is there anything more classic than an LBD?
My quarantine fashion has been pretty basic for the last few months. But with all the cute fall clothes I’ve been stalking online, I decided it was time to up my style game at home. Yes, I have quite a few little black dresses in my closet already, but most of them are sleeveless dresses. I’ve been wearing them all summer and I needed something new to add to the collection. Enter these two LBDs, which equally cute, but have two completely different vibes.
Check out the pictures below to see how I styled them.
Wednesday Addams, but make it fashion
I love everything about this dress. From the puffy sleeves and frilly bib collar to simple buttons and flared skirt, it’s everything I wanted in a simple fall frock. I was nervous that it would be too short on my nearly six-foot frame when I saw it online, but it hits just above my knees. I decided to pair it with my favourite lace up flats to create a more casual look, but I can also see myself wearing it with heels to dress it up.

Leather weather
Truthfully, I’ve been waiting to wear this dress since I bought it last year. I saw it at Addition Elle and knew it would make the perfect addition to my closet of black dresses. I have a few faux leather jackets, but this dress is next level. It’s very form fitting, which I normally don’t go for. I prefer loose or frilly dresses, but this one is surprisingly comfortable. It has a soft suede-like lining that doesn’t stick to your skin, so I still felt comfortable wearing on a warm fall day. I styled it with my sueded booties and these retro-looking shades to complete my fall look.

Both of these are elite!!!
