I want to shine bright like a fluorescent diamond.
In the dead of winter, when everyone else is wearing puffy winter coats, it’s nice to see a pop of colour in a sea of black, grey and white. I plan on being that pop of colour this season and apparently it’s on trend.
One of the biggest trends at New York Fashion Week was neon and everyone from celebrities to influencers started incorporating fluorescent green, orange, and pink into their wardrobe. I remember having my own neon phase in high school and I’m happy to recycle this 80s-inspired trend.
I actually bought this yellow sweatshirt from ASOS last winter and I’ve been living in it since then. It’s so comfortable and has that little extra something with the ripped hem and the faux ruffle detail along the sleeves. I decided to channel the 80s with my adorable boombox from Aldo. It’s just such a good purse and it adds a whole new dynamic to my casual outfit. And, of course, white running shoes and sunglasses to finish the look.
