I’m welcoming in the new year by throwing back to some of favourite outfits over the last year.
First, can we acknowledge that it’s been exactly one year since I started by blog. My first outfit post came out a month later. A year make such a difference.
I decided to list my top five favourites in no particular order.
5. 90s Grunge
I’m reminiscing this post because my plaid button up is mysteriously missing from my closet at the moment. Also I loved layering my meh crop top with my faux leather vest. Full post here.
4. Almost Spring & Curvy Expo
My first Toronto/GTA event as a blogger and I was so excited. I took my mom and sister to Mississauga for Curvy Expo. We had a lot of fun and it was so nice to see so many curvy bloggers. Full post here.
3. Based On a True Story
The only time I didn’t wear black and I still felt good. I loved the navy crop top and I kept everything else neutral with pastel pink and beige. Oh, and my favourite rose gold sunnies. Full post here.
2. Little Black Romper
I remember waiting anxiously for this romper. I was so excited to wear it to my graduation party and it was worth the wait. Comfy and chic. I paired it with my favourite pair of oxfords and a pair of shades. Full post here.
1. Black + White
Okay I lied, this is probably my favourite outfit of 2016. The black bodysuit was so comfortable and fit perfectly with my white skirt. I was so happy to finally use my transparent clutch and it looked adorable. Full post here.
I had a hard time narrowing it down to just five but these are the ones I really wanted to include. 2016 was definitely a hectic year but I’m grateful. I’m also very excite for 2017 and what it has to offer.
